Some friends from church have started to raise a few goats and invited us out to meet them and see everything they had done. The goats were very cute and the kids had so much fun.
This is Zalinda getting in her grooming area for the first time. The kids were eager to "help".
Colin really like Lily. She was the older and a little bigger but Colin had no fear. He was having a blast leading her around.
Hannah introducing Zalinda to the kids. Hannah and her mom did the majority of the work on the goat facilities. I was very impressed.
After playing with the goats we went on Hannah's trail. It's a one mile loop that she has cleared around the property. The kids loved it and walked the entire thing. They each started with a walking stick but we had to take Colin's from him. He was having too much fun banging it on everything.
It was such a wonderful time and the kids still talk about the goats. As I was writing this the kids were in a different room and I asked which goat was which and Colin informed me that Zalinda was the little one with the red collar. Amazing what memories they have.

Looks like a great place for kids. It's always fun to take kids to do something new.
